We advise on all aspects of lending transactions including the many different forms of security that go beyond the traditional guarantee and indemnity, real estate mortgage and debenture charge. We do this by working closely with our lending clients in order to devise innovative lending strategies and identify meaningful loan securities .

Naturally, if borrowers default, we will assist lenders to enforce their securities. In our experience, lenders prefer non-litigious solutions and will only enforce loan securities as a last resort. Accordingly, seeking commercial solutions is very much a part of our service as commercial finance lawyers. However, if a commercial workaround is not possible, we will apply our skill and resources to the enforcement of the securities in order to maximise recovery for the lender.
