Michael Coldham is a multi-disciplined partner. The major part of his practice is in small business law, insurance, property, and financial institutions work. He has an excellent reputation as practical and pragmatic commercial practitioner and undertakes work across most areas of the firm, including matters relating to succession planning, superannuation, companies and trusts, insurance, property including conveyancing leases and licenses, business law including company set up, shareholders agreement, business agreements terms and conditions etc, sports law, litigation and banking & finance.

Michael has had a significant practice since being admitted in 1977 and has represented many clients over that time in business law including contract law, finance advice, property law and property development, sports law and in particular crown land lease and land management issues, corporate constitutions and town planning, product liability, public liability, indemnity insurance, motor vehicle, truck and bus law, fraud and theft matters, recoveries and defence litigation in all jurisdictions. Michael is also the Managing Director of Target Collections Pty Ltd our specialty collection business working in partnership with the Firm.
